Do tons of work with one chassis! DEZEURE hooklifts are extremely suitable for the intensive work on all terrain!
Wide choice of capacity and system lengths.
2-axle chassis: 14T -- > 26T and system lengths between 4900 mm -- > 6500 mm
3-axle chassis: 26T --> 35T and system lengths between 6500 mm --> 6700 mm
DEZEURE hooklifts have their own hydraulic group which is not adjusted on maximum pressure. This means that the hooklift can manage even more, but the biggest advantage of working with this lower pressure is the substantial increase in the service life.
Both air, hydraulic or mechanical suspension are possible.
If optimal comfort during transportation is prefered, DEZEURE can recommend the chassis with air suspension.
An additional advantage is that the chassis drops while lifting the container, this allows the user to lift the container flatter. DEZEURE has created a special design, due to which the rear axle drops on a stop system that reduces the lifting effect on the tractor.
If stability is the priority, it's recommended to choose the hydraulic suspended chassis. The heavy duty hydraulic suspension, combined with a unique stability system, makes an extremely stable hooklift.
An option for this suspension system is the leveling. The rubber notes require less maintenance then the steel ball joints, used in the standard version. This ensures a low maintenance cost.
Legal width of 2,55m possible
Both 2-axle and 3-axle hooklifts are deliverable in a special version with a width of 2,55m. This version can be combined with tires with a width till 600mm, even with a steered axle. The chassis, constructed in special steel, exists out of one piece. This construction is extremely strong, without resulting in an increase of weight.
Automatic alignment steering
When choosen for forced steering, the hooklift is equipped with automatic alignment. In this case, steering axles with a central pivot are used. By using these pivots, less force is required for steering, which guarantees an undeniable extension of the service life of the steering axle.
